Benefits to Strata Corporations
For owners, Pippin is as easy as using Google or messaging on your cellphone, and you instantly have access to all the information you’re entitled to as an owner. For council members, you will no longer worry about:
• Disjointed email threads because people forget to “reply all” or try to limit the amount of noise to the entire council.
• Losing important information buried in email accounts that disappears when new councils are elected.
• Forgetting key maintenance dates and sending out notices to owners.
• Spending hours compiling your meeting agendas and inevitably forgetting to address all the items.
• Understanding the impact of emergency maintenance on your annual operating budget.
